I found this video fascinating. As most of you know I use various mental techniques not only to cope with my physical situation but also for self-discovery. One program was a series of 49 CD’s based on harmonic sounds played at lower levels on each CD. They were beyond the hearing level so there was soft water sounds played on top that you could hear. But the research that the guy selling the program had done showed various parts of the brain being affected by the lower level harmonics. and because you listened with headphones, each ear heard a slightly different level which also showed a connection between right and left brains on the scans. I found it an enjoyable process to go through, but it is nice to see music at any level can have powerful affects.
